Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms describe the rules for using goinvoiceprint.com. They are meant to be fair to you and to us, and we have tried to keep them readable. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. What we offer
GoInvoicePrint provides free online tools for making business documents, calculators for pricing and inventory, and written guides. Most of it works without an account. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we do not promise that any particular tool will always be available.
2. Who may use it
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, or be using the site with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you use the site for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Accounts
An account lets you save invoices online. When you create one, give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so sign out on shared devices and tell us if you think someone else has got in. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to abuse the site, break these terms or put other people at risk.
4. Using the site properly
Please use the tools and guides for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site to create false, misleading or fraudulent documents;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, other users' accounts or our systems;
- use automated tools to scrape the site or to create accounts in bulk;
- upload anything harmful, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- copy large parts of the site, including our written guides, and republish them as your own.
5. Your documents and data
The documents you create belong to you. We do not claim any ownership of your invoices, logos or other material. If you save content to an account, you give us permission to store it and show it back to you, which is the only purpose it serves. You are responsible for what your documents say, for having the right to use any logo or text you add, and for making sure each document meets the legal requirements of your country, such as tax numbers or required wording. Data kept in your browser can be lost, so please keep your own backups.
6. Tools and guides are not professional advice
Our calculators, templates and articles are meant to help you understand and organise your work. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and they may not suit your circumstances. Rates, rules and required document content differ between countries and change over time. Please check important matters with a qualified professional. See also our Disclaimer.
7. Advertising and third parties
The site shows advertising and uses services from other companies, such as Google. We do not control those services or the advertisements, and we are not responsible for third-party websites or offers you reach through them. Any dealings you have with advertisers are between you and them.
8. Our content and your use of it
The design, text, calculators, generators and code on this site belong to us or our licensors, apart from open-source components, which remain under their own licences. You may use the site, and the documents you create with it, for your own business. You may link to our pages freely. You may not copy, sell or republish our guides or tools in bulk without our written permission.
What we do not do
We do not send your documents to your customers, we do not process payments, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and the people you invoice. The site is a set of tools. How you use a document, what you charge and what you promise a client are entirely your decisions.
Reporting problems
If you find a security problem or a way the site can be misused, please tell us privately at goinvoiceprint@gmail.com before you share it publicly, so that we can fix it. We will not take action against people who report issues in good faith and do not access other users' data.
Notices
We may contact you about your account or these terms by email or through a notice on the site. You can contact us at the address above.
9. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, you agree we may use them to improve the site without owing you anything. We appreciate them, and we do read them.
10. No guarantees
We work hard to make the tools correct and reliable, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available". We cannot promise that it will be free of errors, always online, or that results such as totals, taxes or forecasts will be right for your situation. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on before you send it to a customer, file it or base a decision on it.
11. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content, including lost income, lost data, a mistake in a document or calculation, or problems caused by third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded, including rights as a consumer.
12. Ending your use
You may stop using the site whenever you like. We may restrict or end access if you break these terms or if we need to protect the site or other people. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on ownership and limits on responsibility, will continue to apply afterwards.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date above when we do, and if a change is significant we will make that clear on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
14. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law that applies where the site's operator is established, unless the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live gives you other rights, in which case those rights are not affected. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to goinvoiceprint@gmail.com. You may also want to read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Paid plans and payments
Most of GoInvoicePrint is free. Optional paid plans (Essentials, Plus and Premium) add extra features. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns for payments. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your Dashboard. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
